Booking & Cancellation Policy

To ensure a calm and uninterrupted experience for every client, please note the following:

• A £20 deposit is required to secure your booking

• Appointments are confirmed once the deposit has been received

• Treatments are available mobile within E14 (Canary Wharf area) or in a private treatment room located in Canary Wharf

• The exact address of the private treatment room will be provided once the booking has been confirmed

• When booking, please indicate your preferred option (mobile visit or private room) in the notes section

• Before booking, please ensure you have read the contraindications and that the treatment is suitable for you

• Appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice

• Changes made less than 24 hours before the appointment may result in a charge

• Late arrivals may result in a shortened session in order to respect the next booking

• Please arrive relaxed and on time to fully enjoy your Kobido ritual
